Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including time at a senior or principal level.
- Proven track record of standing up new products with partner dependencies and regulatory constraints.
- Deep domain background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or fintech.
- Business owner mindset with the ability to manage P&L logic.
- Compliance-adjacent fluency to lead conversations with legal counsel.
- Financial modeling depth, including unit economics and pricing framework stress-testing.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- GTM experience in channel-driven markets involving brokers and consultants.
- AI fluency and a clear point of view on AI-powered personalization in regulated environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex models to executives and journeys to clinical teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Stand up the product by evaluating build/buy/partner decisions and infrastructure.
- Design incentive and compliance architecture in collaboration with legal and benefits counsel.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including unit economics and risk structures.
- Define member behavior change journeys and hold cross-functional systems accountable for outcomes.
- Build the GTM plan and market narrative for broker and consultant channels.
- Define and own operational proof standards and the ROI story for retention and expansion.
- Influence and lead cross-functional teams across clinical programs, engineering, data, finance, and sales.
