Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Advanced communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder influence.
- Expert proficiency with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Lucidchart.
- Experience creating rapid prototypes and using iterative feedback cycles.
- Experience working in client-facing environments or professional services engagements.
- Ability to solve complex customer challenges through scalable design solutions.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and engaging interactions across multiple platforms and devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to support scalable product experiences.
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business objectives into technically feasible design solutions.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering professional growth.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
