Requirements

- Strong project ownership and independent priority management skills.
- Experience creating content, including ideation, scripting, and packaging.
- Experience launching new social accounts, brands, or audience growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of internet culture, entertainment, gaming, and trend-driven publishing.
- Experience developing video concepts, recurring formats, and creative strategies.
- Ability to use analytics and performance data to guide creative and strategic decisions.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance.
- Strong written communication skills for creating plans, briefs, and updates.
- Experience within a social-first media company or digital publishing environment is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans with defined owners, timelines, and success metrics.
- Own key initiatives from concept development through launch, optimization, and scale.
- Coordinate projects across social publishing, brand development, video, and platform expansion teams.
- Build workflows, documentation, and reporting systems to improve consistency and execution speed.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Define positioning, audience strategies, and content pillars for new digital brand initiatives.
- Partner with creative teams to develop video concepts, series ideas, scripts, and content packaging.
- Analyze performance data to build testing plans and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
