Requirements
- Experience building and growing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in high-growth mobile apps.
- Proven record of owning product outcomes rather than simply managing a roadmap.
- Strong consumer product judgment and understanding of social behavior.
- Experience with product-led growth, viral loops, referrals, and network effects.
- Analytical and experimentation skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
- Experience managing the full development cycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and analysis.
- High degree of ownership and curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and vision for social sharing and community to drive engagement, virality, and retention.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for features like screenshot sharing, WealthRank, Portfolio Pulse, and Profiles.
- Build product-led growth loops that incentivize clients to share, return, and invite others.
- Establish measurement frameworks for key metrics including earned reach, referral behavior, and network effects.
- Develop and run a high-velocity experimentation program to generate insights and inform product decisions.
- Partner with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive and trustworthy experiences.
