Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience handling U.S. immigration cases.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing U.S. immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Experience using legal case management and CRM software (e.g., Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile).
- Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable home office setup, including high-speed internet and backup power solution.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, request supporting documentation, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to support efficient case management.
- Manage and update legal case management and CRM systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com.
- Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, workflow management, and case strategy.
- Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
