Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as FAE or System Architect within the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong coding skills in Python, C, and C++.
- Knowledge of AI embedded applications.
- Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proficiency with embedded development kits.
- Understanding of computer architecture is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between market requirements and internal product teams by translating client feedback into actionable improvements.
- Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management as their primary technical advisor.
- Address technical questions and issues to accelerate customer technology development.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and on-site support for Innatera’s Spiking Neural Processor technology.
- Guide customers through architecture reviews, schematic reviews, and design-in processes.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities and articulate the value of Innatera technology.
