Requirements
- 3+ years of experience translating performance gaps into learning experiences.
- Strong background in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design.
- Experience building blended learning assets such as AI simulations, PowerPoint decks, and facilitator guides.
- Experience working on projects with deadlines in a multi-project agency environment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare environments, including compliance contexts.
- Proficiency in applying AI tools within learning solutions.
- Experience in a life sciences or pharmaceutical training agency is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead instructional design strategy and facilitate discovery workshops.
- Design blended learning solutions including self-directed, AI-enabled, and live workshops.
- Develop participant and facilitator materials, eLearning, and digital learning assets.
- Write learning goals and aligned assessments to define measurable outcomes.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure instructional integrity and optimization.
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to proposal development for RFPs and client requests.
- Explore innovative learning design methods and apply AI thoughtfully.
