Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior Epic experience (end user or analyst).
- Current Epic training status (certification, accreditation, and/or proficiency) in the primary application.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities.
- Experience as an analyst implementing and testing vendor packaged software applications or healthcare operational experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in continuous computer use for job responsibilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings.
- Must complete the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process.
Responsibilities
- Independently research and configure systems to improve processes and patient safety.
- Leverage clinical and business expertise to inform system design and support end users.
- Manage system development life cycles and project management principles.
- Develop test scripts and maintain thorough documentation.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues through effective communication.
- Provide on-call support for application needs.
- Participate in project-based system builds and ongoing maintenance.
