Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience or Associates degree plus 5 years’ experience in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
- 7+ years in technology field in Information Architecture, Information Analysis, or Software Development.
- Ability to translate business needs to software developers.
- Strong technical writing and diagramming skills.
- Strong SQL experience.
- Windows Server applications support, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Experience working in highly-collaborative large cross-functional projects.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, deployment, and implementation of projects.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of Manufacturing operations and key deliverables.
- Experience in agile/scrum team environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis, configuration and deployment of applications.
- Execute solutions based on strategic vision.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing projects and solving problems.
