Requirements

- 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Real estate experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the digital transformation strategy.
- Execute high-impact AI use cases in automation, predictive analytics, and customer engagement.
- Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts for system integration.
- Ensure AI models follow internal processes and are built for scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in Quality Assurance, Volume, and Bias testing, including creating test plans.
- Develop repeatable AI models to gain efficiencies across business units.
- Work with delivery teams to enhance product offerings and streamline workflows through AI-powered insights.
