Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Experience developing modern web applications using Angular (React is also acceptable).
- Experience with SQL development, optimization, and troubleshooting in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Experience supporting CMS, HealthCare.gov, or other federal healthcare programs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications supporting multiple business modules.
- Develop new functionality while maintaining and modernizing existing applications.
- Develop and maintain Java applications using the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Angular.
- Develop and support applications hosted within AWS environments using services including EC2, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
