Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in C#, modern .NET, and functional programming concepts.
- Proven track record in scalable web application development using Angular (or React).
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), DevOps practices, and cloud-native development in AWS.
- Attention to usable interaction patterns and WCAG-aligned implementation.
- Strong technical judgment with experience in AI/agentic assisted development.
- Ability to validate, challenge, and refine AI-generated recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in Agile environments and operate with autonomy.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable, accessible software solutions using modern .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to consult on solution viability and estimation.
- Modernize legacy web applications and drive adoption of best practices.
- Proactively identify and address technical risks and inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Take ownership of the entire solution lifecycle, emphasizing quality and iterative value delivery.
