Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / User Acquisition.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads at scale.
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and consistently improving ROAS and CAC.
- Background in SaaS, subscription-based, or digital consumer products.
- Experience managing multiple advertising accounts in parallel.
- Strong understanding of CRO and funnel optimization.
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership and accountability.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads (nice to have).
- Experience working in fast-growing, product-led organizations (nice to have).
- Previous exposure to scaling multiple products simultaneously (nice to have).
- Experience building, mentoring, or leading a performance marketing team (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own and lead paid search across multiple SaaS products as a core acquisition channel.
- Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns in Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads, with Apple Search Ads as an additional channel.
- Oversee multi-million USD monthly paid search budgets across multiple accounts.
- Lead the launch of paid search for new SaaS products and new account setups.
- Work with complex account structures and organizational hierarchies.
- Build the foundations of the paid search function, including processes, tools, and structure, to enable the hiring and scaling of a team.
- Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Own performance outcomes against ROAS and CAC at scale.
- Deliver clear, executive-level performance reporting and actionable insights.
- Build and lead the paid search function long-term, including process documentation and team growth.
