Requirements
- Experience in leading and growing larger engineering teams in a technical leadership capacity.
- Prior experience within the Fintech domain.
- Strong technical expertise in developing highly scalable, distributed, asynchronous, and resilient platforms.
- Ability to bridge strategic 'why' with engineering solutions and product engineering mindset.
- Proactive desire to understand business use cases.
- Security-focused mindset and sense of ownership.
- Strong work ethic and pragmatic approach.
- Experience with API-first and SaaS applications (preferred).
- Experience building and running microservice-based event-driven distributed applications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and shape the tribe's roadmap with autonomy over platform build priorities.
- Partner closely with product tribes to translate their needs into platform requirements.
- Influence the technical direction and technology stack for the Platform tribe.
- Directly enhance the reliability, velocity, and quality of engineering output.
- Lead three teams responsible for Infrastructure, SRE, Development Tooling, and shared libraries.
