Requirements
- Master’s degree in health services research, health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, public policy, biology, biochemistry, or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in evidence synthesis, health research, systematic reviews, or healthcare analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with systematic literature reviews, network meta-analysis, matching-adjusted indirect comparisons, or simulated treatment comparisons.
- Strong understanding of health technology assessment requirements and pharmaceutical industry research practices.
- Ability to independently develop scientific deliverables and interpret complex evidence.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, organization, and delivery oversight.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
- Experience with R or R Shiny is advantageous.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and share technical knowledge in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to sophisticated evidence synthesis projects, including systematic literature reviews, network meta-analyses, and matching-adjusted indirect comparisons.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables including research protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and scientific presentations.
- Apply deep understanding of pharmaceutical research and health technology assessment principles to guide project execution.
- Manage project components, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Lead client discussions, respond to inquiries, and provide independent scientific expertise.
- Mentor junior researchers through guidance, feedback, and development planning.
- Contribute to resource planning, process improvements, and business development activities.
