Requirements
- PhD, DrPH, PharmD, MD, ScD, or equivalent advanced training in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, outcomes research, psychology, public health, or data science.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare analytics experience including medical/pharmacy claims and EHR data.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing HEOR, real-world evidence, or health services research studies.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
- Experience with statistical/analytic software such as SAS, STATA, R, or Python.
- Subject matter expertise in claims data, health plan quality measures, chronic disease, and healthcare delivery transformation.
- Familiarity with HEOR methods (causal inference, comparative effectiveness, propensity scores, cost-effectiveness analysis).
- Ability to synthesize complex findings for clinical and commercial audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct studies including writing detailed evaluation and statistical analysis plans.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and interpret outcomes using mixed methods.
- Lead or support HEOR analyses including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and ROI studies.
- Develop evidence packages connecting clinical outcomes to economic value for strategic customers.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets including claims, EHR, and biometric data to quantify impact on utilization and quality measures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into commercialization assets and customer-facing narratives.
- Disseminate research findings through manuscripts, white papers, and conference presentations.
