Requirements
- Experience in product management, ideally owning a self-serve or product-led growth funnel end-to-end.
- Strong technical understanding of how software is built, packaged, deployed, and operated.
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency.
- Hypothesis-driven approach to product decisions.
- Well versed in experimentation and A/B testing, with a track record of shipping frequent, measurable product improvements.
- Comfortable working directly with production usage and event data.
- Highly independent and pragmatic, with a strong bias for action.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfort working async in a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Own the self-serve journey end-to-end, spanning signup, trial, activation, and monetization.
- Use product usage and event data to identify high-impact, well-scoped growth opportunities.
- Run a continuous test-and-learn cadence across the funnel.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data counterparts to scope, sequence, and ship experiments.
- Define success metrics for each initiative, and connect roadmap decisions directly to customer and revenue outcomes.
- Operate with a small, autonomous team, owning your roadmap and the outcomes it produces.
