Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in international environments.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of portfolio management principles (qualification desirable).
- Applied knowledge of advanced methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading in matrix environments.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with an outcome-first mindset.
- Proven experience in change management and influencing across an organization.
- Confident and persuasive presentation skills up to Board-level.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana is desirable.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs, balancing strategic priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
- Serve as primary point of coordination, bringing together Technical, Commercial, and Operational teams.
- Establish and evolve fit-for-purpose governance, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders, providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Anticipate and proactively manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Present clear updates, proposals, and analysis to senior management to support decision-making.
- Identify impacts of project change and drive adoption across the organization.
- Monitor performance through executive reporting and KPIs.
