Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or medical-related field, or equivalent substantial clinical project management experience.
- Strong previous CRO experience managing Phase I, II-III clinical trials.
- Demonstrable project leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Therapeutic area expertise in Oncology is essential; experience in Dermatology, Women's Health, Neurology, Rare Disease, or Radiopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- Strong command of written and spoken English language.
- Proven financial management skills, including project P&L ownership.
- Experience with client relationship management and bid defense activities.
- In-depth understanding of ICH GCP regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project planning software.
- Familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems used in clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain formal project plans with key milestones, budgets, and resource assignments.
- Perform ongoing risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing contingency plans.
- Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure first-time quality on all deliverables.
- Manage the client relationship and act as the primary point of communication at the study level.
- Oversee project P&L, including revenue recognition, forecasting, resource management, and invoicing.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve operational excellence and successful study completion.
- Represent the Project Leadership function in external meetings, including Bid Pursuit and Investigator Meetings.
