Requirements
- Active, good-standing license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Arizona.
- Willingness and motivation to obtain cross-licensure in other states (company-paid).
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least 6 months of professional teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking progress.
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Must complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
- Availability during regular business hours for training (initial 6 weeks) and ongoing support (monthly).
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and manage client referrals.
- Maintain progress notes and clinical documentation in full compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
