Requirements
- Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent).
- Licensed in California, New York, New Jersey, or Texas.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Experience in women’s health or perinatal mental health (preferred).
- Knowledge of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) or interpersonal family therapy (IPT) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Formulate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered clinical care.
- Utilize patient-reported data to inform treatment plans (measurement-based care).
- Collaborate with physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners to coordinate care.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with standards.
