Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar admin or coordination role.
- Strong administrative and scheduling experience.
- Experience using CRM or care management systems (e.g., Visual Care).
- Experience with e-signature and document platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
- Experience within the Australian NDIS or disability services sector is highly advantageous.
- Background in healthcare, mental health, or community services is highly desirable.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and staff records and administrative processes in Visual Care.
- Draft and track NDIS Service Agreements, approvals, and onboarding documentation.
- Create and maintain staff rosters, confirming shifts and managing cancellations.
- Support funding, invoicing, and claims processing, including monitoring budgets.
- Provide structured communication management and daily updates to founders.
- Maintain compliance records and assist with audit preparation.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for documentation and record keeping.
