Requirements
- 4+ years of successful experience in an HR BP or HRD role with exposure to investment environments or portfolio companies.
- Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of company growth stages (seed to growth) and cap table basics.
- Ability to execute full employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
- Proven track record of managing HR metrics (payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, engagement, loyalty) with hands-on C&B and analytics experience.
- Experience working across multiple entities or business units.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate in uncertainty.
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on data and outcomes.
- Strong command of both Russian and English.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effectiveness of personnel and alignment with strategic company goals.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business unit requirements.
- Foster employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
- Implement and enforce HR processes, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with the HR function.
