Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from kickoff to full implementation.
- Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to drive projects forward without formal authority.
- Experience in a multi-state, multi-unit organization with a high volume of hourly employees (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, or retail).
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders from executive leadership to front-line employees.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, monday.com, or MS Project is preferred.
- Previous HR or operations experience is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Experience in a mid-sized company (2,000–5,000 employees) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate HR leadership initiatives into clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and owners.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across executive and front-line levels to drive execution.
- Track progress, proactively identify risks and blockers, and maintain initiative momentum.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates with stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop simple, reusable templates and processes to streamline recurring initiatives like performance review cycles.
- Execute multiple parallel initiatives from project kickoff through full implementation.
