Requirements
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement.
- Experience within consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to technology-enabled transformations including digital, product, or engineering initiatives.
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted working relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities within complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Confident workshop facilitation and storytelling skills.
- Working fluency in AI, automation, and Generative AI.
- Aptitude for business development and supporting client growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or Change Management (preferred).
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies for assigned client engagements, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Build strong working relationships with client sponsors and project teams, acting as a day-to-day trusted advisor.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical, actionable change plans and roadmaps.
- Define and track adoption metrics in partnership with Analytics and Product teams to connect behavior change to business outcomes.
- Monitor readiness, surface risks, and adapt approaches based on data-driven findings.
- Support enterprise transformation efforts shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.
- Partner with clients on AI adoption, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and workforce impacts.
- Deliver high-quality change management work independently and contribute to internal thought leadership.
