Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production at a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team.
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles including hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action.
- Elevated visual taste with ability to balance performance requirements with brand quality.
- Fluency in video editing tools to cut and iterate ads independently.
- Active experimentation with generative AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with experience bridging creative, media, and analytics teams.
- Experience in both a performance media agency and a brand or design agency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end, from ideation and scripting through editing and delivery.
- Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
- Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in data-driven performance.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative direction in partnership with media and growth teams.
- Manage and maximize agency and production partners by writing briefs and providing creative direction.
- Edit video assets directly using industry tools to iterate and polish ads at speed.
