Requirements
- 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team.
- Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
- Strong performance creative intuition regarding hooks, pacing, CTAs, and engagement.
- Elevated visual taste with an eye for design, composition, and brand quality.
- Video editing fluency with the ability to cut and iterate ads quickly.
- Collaborative mindset with experience bridging creative, media, and analytics teams.
- Active experience using generative AI tools to accelerate production and improve output quality.
- Ability to concept ads that convert while maintaining premium visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end, from ideation and scripting through editing and delivery.
- Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling across all assets to raise brand quality while keeping them performance-driven.
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to ensure creative effectiveness.
- Develop hooks, angles, and creative frameworks rooted in data-driven performance.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative direction by partnering with growth and media teams.
- Manage and maximize agency and production partners by writing briefs and providing quality direction.
- Edit video directly to iterate and polish ads at speed.
- Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation to accelerate workflows.
