Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft.
- Proven track record of shipping pixel-perfect work at scale in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
- High level of design discipline under deadline pressure.
- Fluency in design systems and building for consistency.
- Experience partnering with engineering to protect visual fidelity during implementation.
- Active use of AI tools for personal or professional challenges.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize user problems through close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Own product design projects end-to-end, from initial problem definition to final delivery.
- Set the long-term design vision for the platform by turning abstract AI ideas into tangible designs.
- Drive product direction using design as a strategic tool.
- Raise the overall quality bar for typography, spacing, motion, and visual consistency.
- Build and maintain design systems to support a growing product line.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure high visual fidelity during product implementation.
