Requirements
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous, cross-cutting product design problems end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to set design direction where none existed previously.
- Strong business fluency with the ability to tie design decisions to leadership outcomes.
- Experience making and articulating quality-versus-speed trade-offs.
- Excellent influence and stakeholder management skills without formal authority.
- Strong instincts for data, measurement, and funnel analysis to validate design impact.
- Ability to define instrumentation requirements for data tracking.
- Experience designing tools for internal or expert users (agents, ops, sales) is preferred.
- Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Frame and lead the highest-stakes, most ambiguous growth problems spanning multiple products.
- Design seamless cross-sell and attachment user journeys to integrate product experiences.
- Develop and own the design vision for a new sales agent UI to improve agent speed and effectiveness.
- Define and maintain the growth design craft standard across the organization.
- Influence strategy, roadmap, and prioritization decisions through a strong design perspective.
- Optimize growth testing and learning cycles to ensure scalable results.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and design execution.
