Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in ML, AI engineering, or data science.
- At least 3 years focused on applied AI and production ML systems.
- Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into enterprise workflows.
- Experience working within enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Design and deployment experience with end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Proficiency in R and Python with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Willingness to travel twice annually for the Common App Retreat.
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Embed artificial intelligence into enterprise workflows and analytic processes to drive productivity and decision support.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems including end-to-end pipelines for training, versioning, and monitoring.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Governance teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.
- Act as a senior technical authority setting standards for AI development and mentoring peers.
- Translate complex machine learning capabilities into accessible concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
