Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing landscape.
- Proven track record of success in influencer strategy creation and delivery for enterprise-grade B2C consumer brands.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in collaboration software (GSuite, Slack, Zoom).
- Proficiency in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Affiliate Marketing software.
Responsibilities
- Craft outcome-driven strategies for existing and prospective accounts seeking to maximize ROI in influencer and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales to create compelling new business proposals including research, insights, creative campaign concepts, and outcome expectations.
- Prepare Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for accounts paying $50,000 or more per year.
- Build and maintain influencer and social media marketing industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain industry performance benchmarks for social platforms and industry verticals.
- Collaborate across strategy, sales, account management, services, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
