Warm, friendly, and composed phone presence.
Service-first mindset with a helpful attitude.
Highly reliable and consistent in answering calls promptly.
Ability to stay composed during high call volumes and make effective routing decisions.
Comfortable using computer-based phone systems, CRM, and calendar tools.
Willingness to learn company-specific software.
Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or call center roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (typically 5–10 calls per hour).
Engage callers with a warm, brief conversation to determine travel dates, occasions, and guest counts.
Transfer callers live to an available booking specialist or schedule them for a call-back.
Return all after-hours calls at the start of each morning.
Maintain a monthly missed-call rate under 12%.
