Requirements
- US-based residency.
- Strong outbound sales or appointment setting experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management (e.g., Excel).
- Proficiency in calendar management systems.
- Experience using CRM or sales outreach tools.
- USB Headset with noise cancellation feature.
- Functional webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Primary internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (cable connection).
- Backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling from provided lead lists, averaging approximately 80 dials per shift.
- Execute geographically efficient scheduling.
- Perform email follow-up with prospects.
- Handle basic frequently asked questions using a provided script.
- Organize and maintain lead lists.
