Requirements
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly, and composed phone presence.
- Maintain a service-first attitude.
- Reliable and consistent in availability throughout the scheduled shift.
- Ability to remain composed and manage multiple incoming calls effectively.
- Comfortable using computer-based phone systems.
- Experience using CRM software and calendar scheduling tools.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm in your local time zone.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Conduct brief, warm conversations to gather travel dates, occasion details, and guest counts.
- Transfer callers live to an available booking specialist.
- Schedule follow-up calls on specialists' calendars for same-day or next-day.
- Start each morning by returning calls received after hours.
- Maintain a monthly missed-call rate under 12% to qualify for performance bonuses.
