Requirements
- Extensive experience in business strategy, operations, strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy or operations teams.
- Direct experience advising C-suite or equivalent senior executives.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights.
- Strong understanding of business performance, financial metrics, and organizational design.
- Experience designing executive operating rhythms and performance management systems.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities.
- Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment, or media environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Head of Operations and Studio Business Group CEO.
- Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Planning team.
- Design and manage the integrated business operating cadence, including business reviews and annual planning.
- Translate complex data into actionable executive insights, KPIs, and decision agendas.
- Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives across studios and SIE partners.
- Provide objective enterprise-level analysis on organizational design, portfolio priorities, and risks.
