Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Plumbing and/or Mechanical Piping BIM modeling.
- Strong proficiency with Revit.
- Advanced experience using Revit Fabrication Parts.
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks.
- Proven experience producing shop drawings, spool drawings, and fabrication-ready BIM models.
- Strong construction-side experience supporting fabrication, prefabrication, installation, and field coordination.
- Solid understanding of constructability, installation sequencing, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
- Experience modeling plumbing and mechanical piping systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Direct experience working on U.S. projects, with knowledge of U.S. construction practices and standards.
- Experience collaborating with U.S.-based engineering and construction teams.
- Senior-level professional capable of working independently.
- Professional English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop highly detailed Plumbing and Mechanical Piping BIM models using Revit and Revit Fabrication Parts.
- Produce fabrication-ready models, shop drawings, spool drawings, and installation documentation.
- Perform multidisciplinary MEP coordination using Navisworks and BIM workflows.
- Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues before construction.
- Support prefabrication by producing accurate fabrication models, spool assemblies, and quantity takeoffs.
- Model piping systems, hangers, supports, sleeves, penetrations, and fabrication assemblies.
- Coordinate directly with project managers, VDC teams, engineers, fabricators, and field personnel.
- Ensure models accurately reflect installation requirements and construction sequencing.
- Participate in coordination meetings and proactively resolve field coordination challenges.
