Requirements
- Strong coding skills and operational experience building and managing software
- Experience working on SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of common distributed systems challenges including scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability (HA)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and meetings
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and align with external stakeholders
- Pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing progress over perfection
- Experience with Golang or a strong desire to learn the language
- Ability to handle ambiguity and provide transparent planning
Responsibilities
- Code new features and enhance the operational experience of systems based on production insights
- Author, contribute to, and review technical design documents
- Take an active role in shaping the technical roadmap
- Mentor and support other team members while collaborating across the organization
- Own customer experience by participating in weekday (12h x 5d) and weekend (24h x 2d) on-call rotations
