Requirements
- Strong coding skills.
- Operational experience with software you have built.
- Experience working on a SaaS platform.
- Knowledge of distributed systems problems (e.g., scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, HA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and stakeholders transparently.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills; prioritize progress over perfection.
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Golang or enthusiasm to learn it.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance the operational experience of the systems you develop, and iteratively improve them based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members and collaborate with different teams across the organization.
- Own the experience of our customers by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
