Requirements
- Strong coding and operational experience, including responsibility for operating the software you built.
- Proven experience working on SaaS platforms.
- Experience dealing with distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing and meetings.
- Willingness to work across teams and align with stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to prioritizing progress and handling ambiguity.
- Experience with Golang or a strong willingness to learn the language.
Responsibilities
- Code new features, enhance the operational experience of developed systems, and iteratively improve them based on production insights.
- Author, contribute to, and review design documents.
- Take an active role in shaping the roadmap.
- Mentor and support other team members and collaborate with different teams across the organization.
- Own the customer experience by participating in weekday 12h x 5d and a separate weekend 24h x 2d on-call rotations.
