Requirements
- Proven experience shipping AI products or implementations.
- Understanding of AI architectures such as RAG and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI evaluation methods.
- Ability to interpret API documentation and discuss system architecture and tradeoffs with engineers.
- Strong communication skills for leading workshops, executive presentations, and working sessions.
- Practical, problem-solving mindset capable of navigating ambiguity.
- Current model-provider credentials such as Anthropic Academy or OpenAI Academy certifications are a strong plus.
- Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Experience at a product company or in a consulting environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own client delivery end-to-end from problem definition through production deployment.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Design AI-native workflows and integrate them into existing client processes.
- Configure systems, curate knowledge sources, write prompts, and design test cases.
- Drive integration and architecture decisions including APIs, data flows, and security requirements.
- Run enablement sessions and change management training for end users.
