Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting.
- 2+ years of demonstrated work with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights.
- 2+ years experience in SQL (filtering, aggregation, CTEs) or proficiency in R or Python (Pandas, loops, statistical tests).
- 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested if statements).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills regarding business reporting impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work through ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience developing dashboards or using BI tools (Looker) is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, investment banking, or insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs.
- Support leadership in generating budget estimates based on forecasts.
- Work with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with data teams to source and refine data for analyses.
- Manage insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit.
- Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support periodic planning discussions and strategic projects.
