Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated work in operations forecasting.
- 2+ years of demonstrated work with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights.
- 2+ years experience in SQL with ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs.
- Proficiency in R or Python (Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests) in lieu of SQL.
- 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, nested if statements).
- Strong communication skills regarding business reporting impact.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
- Experience in healthcare, investment banking, or insurance industry (preferred).
- Experience developing dashboards with Looker or other BI visualization tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed operational forecasts for volumetric demand and resourcing needs.
- Support leadership in generating budget estimates based on forecasts.
- Work with stakeholder teams to ensure forecast models align with business objectives.
- Source and refine required data by collaborating with data teams.
- Own insights generation and serve as a point of contact for senior leadership.
- Analyze data to support business teams in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Present findings clearly and compellingly to non-technical colleagues.
- Monitor initiative impact and identify actions for improvement through stakeholder collaboration.
