Job Details

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in wholesale, ideally in consumer products or with large retail partners.
Proven leadership skills in securing wholesale revenue and overseeing fulfillment.
Proficiency in retailer portals such as Retail Link, Target POL, and Vendor Central.
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Experience tracking performance metrics including CTR, conversions, and engagement for campaigns.
Strong project management skills with a structured approach to process improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across time zones.
Familiarity with project management and organizational tools including NetSuite, Jira, and Asana.

Maintain relationships with wholesale partners to deliver growth and maximize business opportunities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute new product launches at wholesale partners on-time.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop content, graphics, and product page optimizations.
Oversee wholesale shipments and ensure timely purchase order fulfillment.
Manage and maintain accurate product catalogs across global retail partners.
Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to streamline data analysis and inventory processes.
Develop frameworks for new retail partners and emerging channels.
Analyze channel performance and provide regular sales reports to stakeholders.
