Requirements
- Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines.
- Working knowledge of the Kit platform, including visual automation, forms, landing pages, and API v4 basics.
- Familiarity with multiple ESP platforms such as Kajabi, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, Substack, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Infusionsoft.
- Proficiency in CSV data handling and subscriber/tag mapping.
- Strong understanding of deliverability fundamentals, including domain authentication and warm-up planning.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience in walkthroughs via Zoom or Loom.
- Experience working directly with creators or small businesses on technical tasks.
- Ability to work asynchronously across project tools like Arrows, Slack, and email.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to flagging potential scope creep or technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute solo migrations including CSV data imports, form and landing page rebuilds, and automation recreation.
- Manage multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines and milestones.
- Provide technical support for accounts with multiple integrations and complex custom automations.
- Collaborate with Implementations Team members, Migration Admins, and Customer Support.
- Maintain clear communication with creators via Zoom, Loom, and email to guide them through the migration process.
- Ensure deliverability standards including domain authentication and warm-up planning are met for each migration.
