Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically living in and able to work in Canada.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and owning resolution.
- Computer savvy, comfortable working with multiple monitors.
- Suitable home office space with a hard-wired internet connection.
- Available to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST with flexibility.
- Ability to pass pre-employment tests and an interview.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls to address billing, payments, and service changes.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide product recommendations.
- Take a consultative approach to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues.
- Use multiple computer systems to research information and document interactions.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet key performance indicators.
