- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (oral and written).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service during stressful or uncertain situations.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong digital literacy with customer-service, claims-administration, and office systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle first notice of loss claims for non-complex auto and property insurance claims through an Express Claim Center.
- Receive incoming customer calls and electronic correspondence, identify customer needs, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Obtain and document accurate information regarding reported losses in appropriate systems.
- Explain claims processes, policies, and next steps to customers clearly and empathetically.
- Determine inspection methods and coordinate emergency services, mitigation vendors, contractors, or temporary housing.
- Maintain accurate claim files and perform administrative tasks including data entry, email management, and filing.
