Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, program leadership, or a related discipline.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence.
- Proven ability to assess complex business challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Experience presenting to senior executives.
- Experience driving results in a complex environment.
- Experience building collaborative relationships and leading organizational change initiatives.
- Self-provided internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Dedicated home workspace to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and communication of the Provider Network Operations strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve provider data quality, provider experience, and operational efficiency.
- Identify, prioritize, and advance transformation opportunities through process redesign, automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and governance processes.
- Establish performance measures and reporting mechanisms to monitor strategic initiative progress and value realization.
- Engage project and process management resources to support large-scale strategic initiatives and organizational change.
- Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations to inform decision-making.
