Requirements
- 3 or more years experience leading program delivery efforts from planning through execution.
- 3 or more years experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop implementation plans and manage milestones.
- 3 or more years experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the design and implementation of efficient workflows.
- 3 or more years experience managing project activities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ability to review, analyze, and communicate program results, including performance trends, risks, and issues.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience developing executive summaries and stakeholder communications.
- Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to business leaders and executives.
- Proficiency creating polished PowerPoint presentations for executive-level materials.
- Experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities and operational impacts.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver strategic programs designed to support business objectives, operational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation plans, manage project timelines, identify risks, and ensure successful program execution.
- Evaluate program outcomes, analyze performance results, and communicate insights and recommendations to executives and business leaders.
- Perform strategic planning and strategy development, including advising on functional and segment-specific initiatives and identifying opportunities.
- Prepare clear written communications, deliver stakeholder updates, and create professional PowerPoint presentations to support executive decision-making.
