Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.
- Deliver custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements.
- Ensure developed solutions respect platform limits and long-term maintainability.
- Perform hands-on development, balancing declarative-first approaches with custom code where necessary.
- Maintain high-quality standards for production-ready Salesforce deliverables.
