Requirements

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with API services and integration development.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and release management practices.
- Ability to ensure compliance with federal security standards.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and resolution.
- Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API services.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality compliant solutions.
- Manage the product backlog by incorporating user stories, tasks, and feedback for sprint implementation.
- Decompose complex capabilities into testable user stories and tasks in coordination with development teams.
- Conduct sprint review sessions and provide technical demonstrations.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce leading practices and federal security and compliance standards.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management.
- Manage deployment activities from development environments to federal government environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, designs, and deployment procedures.
